1. Return Conditions
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Methods
Returns must be made by shipping.
Please contact our customer service before returning any product.
3. Return Timeframe
In accordance with Belgian law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal on online purchases. During this period, you may notify our customer service of your decision to return an item without providing any reason and without incurring penalties.
However, Culturrave extends this period to 30 calendar days, allowing you to return your items with peace of mind.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds & Exchanges

Full refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

If the return is not due to a defective product or a mistake on our part, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be provided.
5. Return Instructions

Contact our customer service to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Clearly write the RA# on the outside of your return package.

Include a copy of your invoice or purchase confirmation in the package.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense, except in cases where the item is defective or the return results from our error.
Our return warehouse is located in Belgium, which may affect the cost depending on your location.
Please use a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance products

Used or damaged products (unless due to a manufacturing defect)

8. Return Processing
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been handled.
